The telecare hub that earns its place on the sideboard.
Vibby Hub is the home unit of Telecom Design's Vibby Home telecare solution, and it is normally installed with the Vibby Oak fall detector as a pair for a single family home. A 4.3-inch color touchscreen carries medication reminders, appointments, the weather, indoor temperature and air quality, radio and messages from the care team, with an alarm button on the top panel. Curated into Care Daily's Ambient Operating System, the hub becomes a place to say something back to the resident about what the home has actually noticed.
By the numbers

What it does
Telecare a resident uses on an ordinary day.
Telecom Design describe Vibby Home as going beyond safety, with services designed to bring in the users most hesitant about telecare. A hub that reads out the weather at eight, reminds someone about a tablet at half twelve and plays the radio at three is a hub that is still plugged in on the day it is needed.
Vibby Hub + Care Daily
The hub can speak. Care Daily gives it something to say.
On its own the screen shows what it was configured to show: a reminder, a forecast, a message somebody typed. Care Daily reads sleep, movement and doors in the same home, so the hub can carry something specific instead. A note that last night was a rough one. A nudge to drink something on the third hot afternoon in a row. The resident already looks at this screen, which makes it the most useful place in the house to put a thing worth knowing.
Better together
What the pair does in a single family home.
The pair, plus the rooms
The Oak covers the person and the hub covers the call for help. Care Daily covers the rooms in between, so a quiet morning shows up as a quiet morning on the day it happens.
A button with a story behind it
An alarm from the hub or the wrist reaches the 24/7 monitoring center carrying what the home was doing beforehand, which is the difference between a call for help and a call for help somebody can act on.
Reach the room they are in
Families send a message to the screen on the sideboard, where it is seen, and Care Daily tells them when sending one would actually help.
How the integration works
Telecare events into the ambient operating system.
Vibby Hub is the telecare transmitter for the Vibby Oak and raises alarms through Telecom Design's platform. Those events flow into Care Daily's open platform, where the AI Ambient Assistants reason over them alongside radar, motion, entry and sleep signals from the same home and route the right response to caregivers and families.
Vibby Hub, Vibby Oak and Vibby Home are products of Telecom Design. Device capabilities, specifications and all figures on this page are published by Telecom Design. Care Daily integrates and contextualizes Vibby events within the Ambient Operating System.

Where it lives
It sits on a side table and looks like a small radio.Telecare that a person is happy to have in the living room gets used. Vibby Home is designed to be worth switching on for the weather and the radio, which is what keeps it there for the day it matters.Put the pair and the rooms together.
Vibby Hub and Vibby Oak cover the person and the call for help. Care Daily covers the home around them. Book a demo to see all three.
