Customer Stories
Hear it from the people running it.
Not case studies written by us. Communities and operators describing what they put in, how hard it was, and what changed afterwards. We share what we can verify and nothing we cannot.
On installation
"It was easier than we expected."
Brad Weiser of Chapel Pointe on getting Care Daily into a continuing-care community, and what it changed about the conversations his team has with families.
Recorded live on a webinar, so the production is plain and the answers are not rehearsed. Installation effort is the first question almost every operator asks us, which is why we would rather you heard the answer from someone who has done it.
Where it is running
The kinds of places this works.
Care Daily runs in continuing-care and life plan communities, home health agencies, PACE organizations, multifamily buildings, and single-family homes, sometimes directly and often behind a partner's brand.
Campus-wide, from independent living through skilled nursing
Ambient sensing across residences and common areas, connected to the care record, with families brought in when it matters.
Beyond the visit
Agencies extend their reach between visits and turn an episode of care into an ongoing relationship with the family.
Under someone else's brand
EHR platforms, distributors, operators and carriers deliver Care Daily as their own service through open APIs.
On metrics, plainly.
Where a number comes from a partner's own published material, we say so and cite it. Where it comes from peer-reviewed research, we link the study. Where we do not have a defensible figure, we do not invent one, which is why this page has fewer numbers on it than most vendor pages you will read this week.
Want to talk to one of them?
We can usually arrange a reference conversation with an operator running something close to what you are considering.
