A traditional PERS call starts from nothing: an operator hears a voice and asks what happened. When the same home runs Care Daily, the alert arrives already carrying what the house knows.
At home
Ambient radar can corroborate a fall, so a press is never the only signal, and a fall with no press is still a fall. The operator gets both.
Away
Outside the home the device stands on its own, and the home picks the story back up when they return, so the record does not have a hole in it.
How the integration works
Mobile alerts into the ambient operating system.
Freeus alerts flow into Care Daily's open platform, where the AI Ambient Assistants add the context the home already holds and route the alert to family, staff and responders in the order the household chose. For a dealer or provider this means the same device sells into a richer service, under their own brand, without changing what the resident carries.
Freeus is a Becklar company. Device capabilities, cellular certification and emergency monitoring are provided by Freeus and Becklar. Care Daily integrates and contextualizes Freeus alerts within the Ambient Operating System.
