Client Terms

These Client Terms ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Care Daily SaaS Services and related offerings (collectively, the "Services") by business Clients ("Client"). By signing an Order Form that references these Terms, Client agrees to be bound by them. If there is a conflict between these Terms and an Order Form, the Order Form controls for that conflict.
